For our customer we are currently seeking a Treasury Analyst to join the team in the Netherlands. The Treasury Analyst will work closely together with the Treasury Manager in supporting the development of the European Treasury hub and embedding global best practices in the region. Responsibilities of the Treasury Analyst:

• Monitors and reports liquidity, investment and borrowing
• Cooperates with (international) businesses on Treasury topics
• Prepares and provides in-depth analysis related to cash, cash flow, accounts receivable credit and collections, working capital, debt, interest, foreign currency, etc.
• Manages the document trail related to bank account opening, compliance and reporting, KYC, AML, etc.
• Assist with the implementation and becomes key user of TMS (Kyriba)
• Contributes to the implementation and subsequent daily operation of their European core cash-management structure including the roll-out of a physical and notional pooling structure
• Assist with the integration of newly acquired businesses onto the platform of the company
• Conducts system administrator activities (banking, credit card) and related reporting
• Support the implementation of and monitors compliance with global treasury policies
• Lead Treasury special projects and ad hoc analysis requests.
• Back-up of Treasury Manager

Required qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• 3-5 years of experience within Treasury
• Strong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
• Strong interpersonal skills and stature to quickly gain respect and build strong working relationships across the organization, at varying levels
• A curious mindset, commitment, servant leadership skills and a willingness to challenge the status quo
• Well organized, detail oriented, flexible, comfortable working in a highly dynamic and demanding environment.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Preferred qualifications:

• Affinity with Kyriba, Power-BI, Workday
• CTP/QT or comparable Treasury credentials
• Spanish/Italian language skills but not a must
