The procedure for you as a candidate will include the following steps:
TreasuryRecruiter makes a selection of candidates and arranges an initial meeting with them. It will have a twofold character namely: of a personal nature and job related. We want to get to know the person behind the candidate and if he or she matches with the corporate culture. The second part of the interview will be used to establish whether knowledge and experience meet the job requirements.
TreasuryRecruiter uses a checklist of competences during the interview. It will provide us a clear analysis as to what extent you master (or may develop) competences required for the position.
Introduction Based on the interview and outcome of the checklist competences, we decide whether or not we will introduce you for the relevant vacancy. If you are selected TreasuryRecruiter will submit your resume and letter of motivation to our client.
TreasuryRecruiter will support the candidate from the start until after the official employment. If the candidates who we have proposed are to be invited, we will remain involved throughout the process. Honest and sincere feedback to and from both parties is essential for maintaining the best possible procedure.
If needed TreasuryRecruiter will be able to hire assessment agencies during the procedure.
TreasuryRecruiter will contact client and candidate a month after employment to evaluate whether the right choice has been made by both parties. The feedback we will receive is essential to optimize our services.
