The Interest team of our customer is expanding because of growth of their business opportunities. The Interest Desk is a part of the company Group. In total they have more than 140 employees working  and are continuously growing in this dynamic and fast-paced market. The Interest team consists of a group of 40 ambitious and highly motivated brokers who are always finding ways to improve services and close deals for their clients. This client base consists of banks, asset managers, insurance companies, pension funds, treasuries, and family offices worldwide.

As a Broker Interest your main focus is business development, building relationships and deliver the best services to your clients. The products traded are interest products, bonds and various other debt securities.

In this role you will be focusing on:

• Expand the client base with new clients continuously
• Identify clients’ needs and pro-actively act to achieve best-in-market customer satisfaction
• Actively look for new and cross-selling opportunities within other Group departments
• Close deals!

• Accurate, excellent numerical and analytical skills
• You are fluent in French and preferably 1 or 2 other languages
• Willingness to travel

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
